We kindly request you to submit your quotation f{** Sand Delivery W{**k within Philippine Pasay Reclamation development project, when preparing your quotation, please submit with proposal and procedure, duration time of procedure.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on {** bef{**e the deadline. Quotations that are received by CHEC after the deadline indicated above, f{** whatever reason, shall not be considered f{** evaluation.

Requirement









1.Subcontract{** should have relevant and valid certificates including the license of equipment and operat{**，etc.





2.Capacity to supply enough equipments, especially excavat{** and dump truck.





3. The maximum comprehensive unit price is PHP 95/m3 (VAT inclusive), quotation over this price will be rejected.

Scope of w{**k









1. Sand delivery w{**ks from a designated location, discharge the sand into designated stockpile areas and leveling;(routes are all within project site, and the transp{**t distance is not m{**e than 1km)





2. Tentative quantity: Sand delivery f{** 2,533,117.00 m3;





3. Management f{** the equipments and w{**kers during the whole contract period, including HSE management, repairing, bunkering, ect.

Measurement Method









The determination of the completed w{**k quantity shall adopt the pre-excavation and post-excavation measurement method within the designated excavation area, and the actual volume (m³) shall be used f{** calculation.













Payment Terms









Subcontract{** should provide application f{** complete w{**ks each month.





The Contract{** will make payment to the SUBCONTRACTOR within thirty (30) days after receiving the certified invoice from the CONTRACTOR.





F{** every monthly progress payment application, 12% of the certified w{**k value shall be withheld by the CONTRACTOR as retention money.

Any delay in CHEC’s response shall be not used as a reason f{** extending the deadline f{** submission, unless CHEC determines that such an extension is necessary and communicates a new deadline to the Proposers.















Services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum requirement described above and any other annexes providing details of CHEC requirements.





【1】CHEC reserves the right not to award the contract to the lowest priced offer, if the second lowest price among the responsive offer is found to be significantly m{**e superi{**, and the price is higher than the lowest priced compliant offer by not m{**e than 10%, and the budget can sufficiently cover the price difference. The term “m{**e superi{**” as used in this provision shall refer to offers that have exceeded the pre-determined requirements established in the specification.

The quotation that complies with all of the requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be {**ed. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.





Any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity) shall be re-computed by CHEC. The unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be c{**rected. If the supplier does not accept the final price based on CHEC’s re-computation and c{**rection of err{**s, its quotation will be rejected.





CHEC is not bound to accept any quotation, n{** award a contract/Purchase Order, n{** be responsible f{** any costs associated with a Supplier’s preparation and submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome {** the manner of conducting the {**ion process.





CHEC implements a zero tolerance on fraud and other proscribed practices, and is committed to identifying and addressing all such acts and practices against CHEC.
