1期：规划成果要求： 城市设计成果包括文本、图件、附件和矢量数据库，共十套。附件包括设计说明书、基础资料汇编及三维展示等。 1.文本 文本为指导城市设计实施的条文，应明确城市设计的编制依据、原则、规划范围、设计目标，对重点片区的土地使用功能整合、空间景观结构、公共空间系统、建筑控制等内容提出设计引导和控制要求。文字表述应规范、准确、简洁，体现城市设计的针对性和可操作性。 2.图件 图件为指导城市设计实施的图纸，根据规划对象的不同性质、规模和特点，可对图件适当增减、拆分或合并，包括用地规划图、城市设计空间框架图、城市设计总平面图、功能结构规划图、基础设施和公共设施规划图、交通组织规划图、景观绿化规划图、高度控制示意图、公共空间规划图、重要界面控制图、慢行系统规划图、地下空间利用规划图、重要节点引导图、整体鸟瞰及局部效果图、重点地区城市设计细则及其它相关图纸。 3.三维展示 三维展示指用三维动画或多媒体演示制作等多种可视化方式，直观表达城市设计效果。 4.数据库数据库为并入国土空间总体规划一张图系统的(GIS)矢量数据库。
