3.本项目的特定资格要求：





合同包1(渭南市华州区脱贫搬迁教育基础设施配套高级中学教育教学设备采购项目)特定资格要求如下:





（1）、财务状况报告：提供近三年（2019-2021年）年度任意一年的经审计的财务审计报告(成立时间至提交投标文件截止时间不足一年的单位，可提供成立后任意时段的资产负债表)或其基本存款账户开户银行出具的近一年资信证明或财政部门认可的政府采购专业担保机构专出具的投标担保函；

（2）、税收缴纳证明：提供2021年1月1日以来任意一个月税收缴纳证明，依法免税的单位应提供相关证明材料；

（3）、社会保障资金缴纳证明：提供2021年1月1日以来任意一个月的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明，依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的单位应提供相关证明材料；

（4）、具备履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的证明材料（书面声明）；

（5）、参加政府采购活动前3年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；

（6）、企业法人应具有合法有效的营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证（或统一社会信用代码的营业执照）；事业法人应具有有效的事业单位法人证、组织机构代码证；其他组织应具有合法证明文件；自然人具有身份证明文件；

（7）、投标人代表应提供法定代表人（单位负责人）授权书（附法定代表人（单位负责人）及被授权人身份证复印件）并提供被授权人身份证原件，（法定代表人（单位负责人）直接参加只须提供法定代表人（单位负责人）身份证）原件；
