15个日历天，实际开工日期以采购人或监理工程师发出的开工通知或开工令为准，竣（完）工日期不因雨天、假期及办理各方面的手续等因素而延后。如因成交供应商的原因导致工期延期的（遇不可抗力因素除外），则每延误一天，成交供应商须向采购人支付违约金1000元，逾期完工违约金无限额。
