按照用户需求书的要求完成珠海市智慧气象服务系统一期的建设内容。

满足采购人的需求。

完成本项目软件开发及建设，且满足采购人使用需求，2021年10月31日前须建成并通过初步验收，2022年4月30日前须通过最终验收，终验合格后免费提供1年售后维保服务。

符合采购人的需求，具体详见招标文件。
