在永宁街辖区范围内，中标人配合采购人开展城乡市容市貌整治工作，含整治乱搭建、乱拉挂、乱摆卖、乱堆放、占道经营、违规广告牌等。



自合同签订之日起1年。合同签订后第一个30天为试用期，试用期内如中标人不能按采购人的要求履行合同规定，采购人有权单方面解除承包合同。



规范城乡规划建设管理秩序，建设“干净、整洁、平安、有序”的城乡市容环境，计划在永宁街辖区内开展城乡市容市貌整治项目，有效美化永宁街市容环境。

备注：预算金额：人民币5,362,000.00元，中标折扣率（%）99.50%，服务期：中标综合单价有效期为1年，并以中标单价为结算标准，安全作业措施费等由不另作计算。项目服务费根据中标人实际出动的人员和机械设备班次，按月结算并由财政拨付。

各有关当事人对中标、成交结果有异议的，可以在中标、成交公告发布之日起7个工作日内以书面形式向（采购代理机构）或（采购人）提出质疑，逾期将依法不予受理。
