Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

中国南方航空股份有限公司航空服务部就南航机组人员异地驻勤保障车辆项目进行竞争性谈判采购，现邀请符合条件的供应商参与。有关事项公告如下：

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transportation service procurement project, now we are inviting qualified service provider to participate the bidding. Please refer below for the details:



一、项目名称：奥克兰驻勤车辆服务采购

三、采购项目内容

Project Requirement

本项目是针对南航各分子公司机组人员异地驻勤保障车辆的采购，使用地点奥克兰，计划时间为2021年1月。项目采购内容包括：根据航班运行计划，需安排机组人员在当地的车辆异地服务保障。

CSA Aircrew Transportation service procurement project would take place in the city of Auckland from January. The service detail is to provide Aircrew Transportation service according to flight schedule.

四、供应商要求

Supplier qualification

（一）供应商须能够根据机组航班运行情况提供车辆保障服务。

Supplier must be able to provide Aircrew transportation service according to flight schedule.

（二）供应商必须是当地注册的公司，具备当地政府承认合法有效的营业执照。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid business licence.

（三）供应商应当购买相关保险且保额能够覆盖在履行合同义务过程中可能产生的任何索赔。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

（四）车辆公司简介。

2.报名时间：2021年1月25日08时30分至2021年1月27日17时00分止，向南航航服部发送报名资料（见附表），逾期送达的报名资料恕不接受。

2. Registration Period: Registration form submitted from 08:30am, 25 January,2021 to 17:00pm,27 January, 2021
