图案镀铝单台设备上应同时具有卷绕系统、深冷系统、真空系统、蒸镀系统、预处理系统、图案镀系统、镀膜质量检测系统等用于真空卷绕镀膜的加工系统，主要用于PET、BOPP等材料的蒸镀加工；可完成不同蒸镀材料的满版镀膜和图案镀膜的生产，并确保镀膜质量符合工艺要求。

A single pattern aluminizing machine shall be equipped with a winding system, cryogenic system, vacuum system, evaporation system, pretreatment system, pattern plating system, coating quality detection system and other processing systems for vacuum winding and coating, mainly for evaporation processing of PET, BOPP and other materials. It can complete the production of full plate coating and pattern coating of different evaporation materials, and ensure that the coating quality meets the technological requirements.
