1.该版辊磨抛机主要包括车刀、毛刷轮、砂带、磨石等加工模块。 2.* 通过研磨加工模块可有效降低版辊粗糙度，版辊加工后最小粗糙度应≤0.3um(Rz)。 3.* 通过车刀加工模块可将版辊表面深度最高为120um的图文车掉，同时保证车刀加工后的版辊可重复利用。 4.* 通过其他加工模块可提升版辊网墙的一致性。 5.车刀模块的最大切削深度应≥120um，保证图文完全被处理掉。 6.磨石模块的最大转速应≥500rpm，磨石模块的最大压力应≥20bar，保证研磨的效率和稳定性。 7.所有加工模块工作时每米的前进误差应≤0.3mm，保证模块的加工精度。 8.每个加工模块分别处理表面积为1m2的版辊所需时间应≤30min。 9.该版辊磨抛机可加工带轴版辊和空心版辊，能够整合到我公司现有的版辊生产线中。 10.该版辊磨抛机可加工的带轴版辊参数需满足如下条件：版辊最小加工长度≤900mm，版辊最大加工长度≥2000mm，版面最小加工长度≤450mm，版面最大加工长度≥1500mm，版辊最小加工周长≤350mm，版辊最大加工周长≥800mm，版辊最大加工重量≥250kg，版辊最大转速≥1200rpm。 11.该版辊磨抛机要有良好的版辊加工再现性，连续工作时不同版辊的加工精度误差应≤20um。
