Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

中国南方航空股份有限公司航空服务部(以下简称“采购人”)现对南航机组人员异地驻勤保障车辆项目进行竞争性谈判采购。有关事项公告如下。

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transportation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details:

1、项目简介

Project Introduction

1.1项目名称：伦敦驻勤车辆服务采购。

Project Name：Aircrew Transportation service procurement in the city of __London_

1.2项目编号：JG-JZ-2022038。

Project Number：JG-JZ-2022038

1.3采购数量：本次采购1家合作供应商，通过符合性审查供应商数量达不到计划采购数量的情况，按实际通过的个数推荐。

Quantity：Only one candidate will be sele ct ed for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned sele ct quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number.

1.4 服务内容：本项目为南航异地驻勤机组所需车辆接送服务采购，入围供应商需遵守南航机组保障安全、服务管理规定，为南航机组提供车辆保障服务；关注南航航班计划，根据航班计划做好接送机服务。

Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew Transportation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines. The service detail is to provide Transportation service according to flight schedule.

1.5 报价要求：

General requirements of Quotation

本项目报价均为含税价。本项目采用框架（无固定总金额）采购模式。谈判人必须对全部内容进行报价，如有缺漏或超过最高限价（单价）的报价，将导致报价无效。本次采购金额和数量为预估数据，采购人有权按实际需要调整，并按实际数量进行结算。合同期内的采购数量可能会有所增减，固定单价不再进行相应调整。

The price of this project is inclusive of project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

1.6 服务地点： London 。

Location: 伦敦

1.7 合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具体起始时间以双方签署合同内容为准。

Contract duration: Two years from the effective date of Agreement

2、供应商资格要求

Supplier qualification

2.1 供应商必须是当地注册的公司，具备当地政府承认合法有效的资质文件。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license.

2.2 供应商应当购买相关保险且保额能够覆盖在履行合同义务过程中可能产生的任何索赔。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

2.3 车辆供应商须负责所在地国际机场候机楼往返酒店的交通服务，保证机组一人一座，同时车辆可容纳机组行李，专车按约定时间接送机组。

Supplier shall be responsible for the transportation service back and forth the terminal building and hotel to ensure that each crew has one seat. At the same time, the vehicle can accommodate the crew's luggage, and the supplier will pick up and dro p off the crew at the agreed time.

2.4 供应商必须严格按照当地政府与采购人不定期更新的疫情防控指引提供服务，并遵守相关工作要求。

Supplier must provide services in strict accordance with the epidemic prevention and control guidelines updated from time to time by the local government and Airline, and comply with relevant work requirements.

2.5其他条款为通用条款，详见附件。

Other terms are general terms,see the annex for details.

3、供应商报名

Supplier Registration

3.1 公告时间：2022年6月22日至2022年6月24日。

Notification Period: From 22nd June of 2022 to 24th June of 2022.

3.2 报名时间：2022年6月22日08时30分至2022年6月24日17时00分止，向南航航服部发送报名资料（见附表），逾期送达的报名资料恕不接受。

Registration Period: Registration form submitted from 8:30am 22nd June 2022 to 17:00pm 24th June 2022.
